Ann-Marie Cederholm, CPA, CGA, MA
Ann holds a Master of Arts in Learning and Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia. As a designated Chartered Professional Accountant, she combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Over her 25+ year career, Ann has gained extensive expertise in both public practice and industry, holding roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, Controller, and Staff Accountant. Since 2009, she has been a partner at MacSum Consulting (formerly Kenzie Accounting), where she specializes in bookkeeping, fractional CFO services, payroll management, software implementation, year-end support, budgeting, and cash flow management. As a committed professor, Ann is passionate about fostering financial literacy among her students and clients.
